A diptych, a digest in its halos, and three keys bound to their own naming.
The keys and the textile mutually concede to their binding.

Because the address is three-of-three, all three sign and publish it together. Signing and publishing are the same act here: the signature is what spends the output that carries the bytes, so there is no moment at which the declaration exists unsigned. It is not a document about them; it is an act of theirs.
2. The SHA256 of that declaration is 337095adb739572e5566416637a4e8905f0fda28a804999a3e472b024c5a1ba0.
3. The halos of the Maier diptych present that hash. The textile concedes to the named keys.
4. The keys publish images of the diptych, each from a two-of-two of their own number: A7pf…TaefV (Christophia and Anthony), AD28…ozuw (Hayagriva and Anthony). The keys concede to their binding.
Who signs what
Anthony stands in the middle because he is in both pairs. The declaration above gathers all three; the two panels below each take him and one wing. Every edge in the drawing is a signature.
Why the two halves hold
The binding runs in two directions, and each direction rests on a different thing being hard.
The textile toward the keys. To claim the cloth names some other set of keys, you would have to produce a different declaration with the same SHA256 as this one. That is a hash collision, and nobody can presently make one. So the halo picks out this naming and no other.
The keys toward the textile. To have inscribed the declaration and the two images, someone had to hold the secret keys: three of them for the declaration, two for each image. Nobody can sign without the key. So the naming was consented to by the very parties named, and each panel was published by two of them acting together. Nowhere can one hand act alone.
Neither side is a witness to itself. That is the whole of it.
